 Focus on eating 3-4 meals and 2-3 snacks daily that are balanced with lean protein, carbohydrates, produce, and healthy fats. Include 25-40 grams of lean protein for muscle building and repair and satiety and a great amount of carbohydrates for energy at each of your meals

  Building great dribbling skills requires consistent practice, focus, and patience. Youth players should start with the basics—ball control, hand-eye coordination, and proper stance—before advancing to more complex moves like crossovers, behind-the-back, and spin moves. Repetition, discipline, and confidence are key, along with incorporating drills that challenge both hands and simulate game situations. 🏀💪

  A dynamic strength and conditioning exercise designed to improve lower body power, explosiveness, and coordination. Perfect for young athletes, box jumps help develop agility, balance, and overall athletic performance while building confidence and body control in a safe, fun way. 🏋️‍♂️💪
